Dwayne Moore is an educator, political strategist, media commentator, and emerging national conservative voice dedicated to advancing faith, family, educational excellence, and economic opportunity. As Chief of Staff for the Black Conservative Federation (BCF), he works alongside the organization's leadership to help shape national strategy, expand coalition-building efforts, and advance policies that strengthen families and communities across the country.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, New York—one of the most diverse communities in America—Dwayne developed a unique perspective that has shaped his work across education, business, entertainment, and politics. He earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Africana Studies before beginning his career as an English teacher and college counselor in Newark, New Jersey. Working directly with hundreds of students and families, he witnessed firsthand how failing schools, family instability, and ineffective public policy can limit opportunity. Those experiences became a driving force behind his commitment to educational reform and public service.

Outside the classroom, Dwayne built a successful career in entertainment as a model, actor, and musician. His original satirical comedy project, Toxic Sensitivity, which critiques modern culture through humor, was selected for the Newark International Film Festival. His background in the arts has strengthened his ability to communicate complex ideas, connect with diverse audiences, and tell compelling stories across multiple platforms.

In 2024, at just 29 years old, Dwayne ran as the Republican candidate for the New York State Assembly in District 29. Campaigning in one of New York City's most heavily Democratic districts, he earned the highest vote total for a Republican candidate in more than three decades by building an uncommon coalition around educational excellence, public safety, fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, and stronger families. Following his campaign, he was elected as a New York Republican State Committeeman and is also a graduate of the Leadership Institute's Campaign Leadership School in Washington, D.C.

Today, Dwayne serves as Chief of Staff for the Black Conservative Federation, where he helps oversee organizational strategy, political engagement, coalition development, fundraising initiatives, and national partnerships. In addition to his leadership at BCF, he consults with Republican candidates and organizations on campaign messaging, coalition building, urban voter outreach, debate preparation, and public speaking. His ability to communicate conservative principles in communities that have traditionally been overlooked has made him a sought-after strategist and speaker.

Dwayne is also a frequent political commentator on Newsmax and has appeared on Fox News, where he provides thoughtful analysis on politics, education, culture, and public policy. Drawing from his experiences as an educator, candidate, strategist, and conservative leader, he offers practical perspectives on the issues affecting working-class Americans and minority communities while advocating for personal responsibility, opportunity, and constitutional principles.
